A descendant of the Wakka Wakka and Kulluli First Nations People, Kylee is a consummate storyteller embracing indigenous wisdom to transform the way we think, listen, live and lead.

Her mission is to unlock the hidden potential of emerging leaders with the transformative power of deep listening. Ignite your passion. Grow your influence. Amplify the impact you have in the world.

To be authentic is to be consistent with who we hold ourselves out to be for ourselves and others. When leading, being authentic leaves us grounded and able to be straight with people without the use of force. But, what happens when we fear being authentic will cost us our job, career, or reputation?

Heston Russell, a military veteran of 16 years, is a leadership and resilience specialist who knows what it takes to lead high-performance teams to achieve missions thought impossible and accept his own vulnerabilities to be authentic. While demonstrating the highest levels of physical courage, Heston struggled with his own moral courage, until leaving the military when he finally acknowledged he was gay.

Join me on today’s episode as Heston shares about his struggle with being authentic and his passion for supporting Mental Health and Fitness in the Veteran community, consulting, and speaking on topics of Combat & Authentic Leadership, Diversity & Inclusion, and creating High-Performance Leaders, Teams and Cultures.

Special Forces with a smile, Heston bridges his extraordinary experience to provoke personal and professional development.
