Her mission is to unlock the hidden potential of emerging leaders with the transformative power of deep listening. Ignite your passion. Grow your influence. Amplify the impact you have in the world.

Cathy Ngo (pronounced norr) is the Founder & CEO of KeyNoteworthy, a challenger speaker agency and social enterprise focussed on diversity and inclusion. She’s an entrepreneur, writer and speaker who thrives in tech, comedy and activism.

Cathy spent more than ten years climbing the corporate ladder in human resources and communications, playing ‘snakes and ladders’ in Australia’s top listed companies, before hitting what she calls the “bamboo ceiling” – a glass ceiling but thicker.

Join me on today’s episode as Cathy shares her passion for standup as a place to voice her advocacy on diversity and being positively discriminated against as an Asian-Australian, and her vision for helping people break down barriers to inclusion to be their authentic self – no matter their race, ability, sexuality or gender.
