Jack Reis is a Badulaig, Kenedth Kes (Torres Strait Islander) man from Badu Island in the Western Region of the Torres Straits. Full-time work commenced for Jack as a professional sports person; after completing his sporting achievements he then focused his attention towards building his career in business.
Jack is the CEO and Co-Founder of Baidam Solutions. Baidam Solutions is Australia’s leading Indigenous ICT security services and solutions provider, focused on helping customers achieve logical business outcomes using innovative local and international technology solutions.
In 2022, Jack won the inaugural ‘Sam Tjengala Reuben Award’ Young Entrepreneur of the Year, an award that recognises a young Indigenous entrepreneur who has successfully brought their business idea to fruition, demonstrates the potential for significant growth in the years to come and has demonstrated ongoing engagement with Supply Nation members and Indigenous businesses.
